1. Enter your Identification Number to create an Infinity ID, if you do not already have an MSD Account, you will be directed to open an MSD Account;
2. Click ‘Open an Account’;
3. Complete the required details;
4. Attach notarised (by a Public Notary)copies of MSD Account Opening form and Identification Document (national ID copy for Maldivians and Passport copy for Foreigners);
5. Continue to submit the request;
6. Sign-up to Infinity when you receive the MSD Account opening request approval message via the mobile number and email you have provided. (MSD will approve the request within 3 days of the request);
7. You can start accessing your Infinity account instantly.
Note: Any account request made in the absence of original/notarised application form and supporting documents will create an Unverified account.
As per the Securities Market Regulations, Unverified accounts will be restricted from any market/off-market transactions.
At MSD Head Office
1. Visit Maldives Securities Depository Head Office;
2. Submit the completed original/ notarised MSD Account Opening form with supporting document/s;
3. Follow the same process for the Infinity Sign-up once you receive the MSD Account opening request approval.
MSD Account Information Update
Via infinity.mv
1. Go to https://infinity.mv/;
2. Sign into Infinity using the Username and Password;
3. Go to ‘Profile’;
4. Now you can update your Banking details, Current Address and Password;
5. When MSD approves the update request, you will receive a message via phone/email.
Primary contact number and email update request can ONLY be accepted via the registered email, or at the MSD Head Office.
Via e-mail
1. Email the completed, notarised (by Public Notary) MSD Account Update form to support@depository.mv via your registered email;
2. When MSD approves the account update request an automated message will be sent to the registered contact number/ email.
At MSD Head Office
1. Visit Maldives Securities Depository Head Office;
2. Submit the completed original/ notarised MSD Account Update form, with supporting document/s.
MSD Account Verification
Via e-mail
1. Email the completed, notarised (by Public Notary) MSD Account Update form to support@depository.mv via your registered email;
2. When MSD approves the account update request an automated message will be sent to the registered contact number/ email.
